What is Computer -
The computer is an electronic device that is used to store the data according to the given instructions, resulting in quick and accurate results. Computers can be used to solve money, watch movies, listen to songs, play games, paint and colorful pictures. The word comes from the word word, 'compute' which means to calculate



CHARACTERISTICS OF A COMPUTER -
Computer characteristics have made them so powerful and universally useful. Let's briefly discuss them.

SPEED -
A powerful computer is capable of directing approximately 3-4 million simple seconds per second.

Accuracy-
 Computers are also accurate. Errors that can be almost always can be attributed to human errors (incorrect data, poorly designed systems or defective instructions / programs written by programmers).


Diligence -
Unlike removing humans, computers are very consistent. They are not suffering from human properties of boredom and exhaustion, resulting in lack of concentration. Therefore, computers are better at humans in mass and repetitive jobs.

Versatility -
 computers are versatile machines and are capable of performing any task as long as it can enter the chain of logical steps, no work is done. Computers can be seen in almost railway / air reservations, banks, hotel forecasts and many others.

 Storage Capacity -
 Today's computers can store large amounts of data. A piece of information once recorded  (or stored)  in the computer can never be forgotten and can be retrieved almost immediately.
